Alloy wheel repairs typically take about one to one and a half hours per wheel.
No, we're a mobile refurbishment service. We come to you at your location to complete the repair.
Wet paint and powder coating are completely different processes. Wet paint is applied as a liquid and provides a glossy, smooth finish. Powder coating involves applying a dry powder that’s baked onto the surface, resulting in a more durable and uniform finish.
Yes, we only perform diamond cutting as part of our mobile service.
No, we don’t need to remove the tyres entirely. Instead, we deflate the tyre and break the bead to complete the refurbishment.
Yes, we offer a 12-month guarantee on painted wheels.
We’re very gentle around TPMS valves. We check the sensors before starting, avoid putting pressure on them during prep, and make sure the tyre isn’t stressed while the wheel is lifted. If anything looks fragile, we’ll talk you through it before we touch it.
No. We work clean and tidy. Everything stays contained in our small work area, and we take all dust sheets, sanding waste, and materials away with us. Once we’re finished, you won’t have anything to clear up.
Most painted wheel repairs take around 60–90 minutes each. Diamond-cut repairs can take a bit longer depending on the condition of the wheel. You’ll see the whole job happen step by step.
Painted repairs hold up very well as long as the wheel is washed normally. Diamond-cut wheels naturally attract corrosion faster, but you’ll always get honest advice from us before we start so you know what to expect.
If the wheel is structurally sound, we can usually sort deep marks with a fill-and-refinish process. If a gouge affects the integrity of the wheel, we’ll point it out and explain what’s safe to repair and what isn’t.
We can work under cover or in a garage or suitable location near your home or workplace when rain or strong wind is forecasted. If it’s really not workable, we’ll simply rearrange your booking for the next available slot.
We carry the paints, primers, and lacquers needed for most factory wheel colours. If your wheel has a rare shade, we’ll take a closer look on arrival and match it as accurately as possible. You’ll know exactly what we’re doing before we start spraying.
No, everything is done at your home or workplace. The wheel stays on the car unless the job needs it to be lifted. You’re not without your vehicle at any point.
Yes. We use a specialist diamond-cutting lathe in the van and only remove a small amount of material from the face of the wheel. We look for cracks and major damage before starting work, and if we think a lathe cut isn’t a good idea, we’ll explain why and talk through other options with you.
The main goal continues to be an even level of finish that will blend with the existing wheels. We take the time to get the colour, texture, and lacquer right so the repair doesn’t stand out.
Yes. We’ve worked on anything from family hatchbacks to performance models with low splitters and tight wheel arches. If access is tricky, we’ll adjust the setup so nothing is scraped or stressed.
Yes. We carry extraction, heat lamps, pro-grade sanding tools, and refinishing equipment so the repair cures properly and the finish looks spot on. This also lets us work cleanly on any driveway.
Light corrosion can be cleaned, treated, and refinished. Heavy corrosion sometimes needs more work than a mobile setup allows. We’ll show you the condition of the wheel and explain the best approach.
